In more than 30 years of activity Makio Hasuike has developed successful projects for Italian and foreign companies building up a great experience in various fields. Makio Hasuike & Co. works in a wide range of design: from high technology instruments and tools to fashion accessories, from small and large household appliances to furniture and home accessories, from Graphic Design and packaging to Exhibition Design.

Graduating from the University of Arts of Tokyo in 1962, Makio Hasuike began his career in Japan where he worked one year for Seiko designing 20 different clocks for the Olympic Games to be held in Tokyo in 1964.Since 1963 he has been living in Italy working in different fields of design. In 1968 he established his own studio in Milan. As a result of his international experiences, his works were awarded many important prizes as recognition of his work and displayed at several outstanding museums around the world. Since 1982 his own company MH Way has given him also the opportunity to handle the full process from project to product improving his knowledge about design development.
